Maria Malson is very active in this area and spoke last week (towards the end of April 2004) at the Lymington & District Fairtrade Forum in which all the Lymington churches were involved. Del Jenkins, of course, is responsible for a similar campaign in Milford. The chairman of the Lymington group is June Hurrell 01590 679687. Alternatively June can be emailed at hurrell@waitrose.com There is a lobby for Trade Justice at the party conferences and there is to be a big rally at the Labour Party Conference in Brighton this year on 26th September. Coaches are being organised from Southampton, and New Forest people who are interested will be most welcome to join them if they do not have a coach of their own.
